That's something you'd need to discuss with Sky. I believe there's a free upgrade package, but it involves taking a ,Multiscreen Mini box as well as a main Sky Q box which you may not want.

Restart your Sky box by switching it off at the plug for 4 minutes. If you see the same error, or it returns there's a problem with your dish setup.

 

Unless you have Sky Protect, Sky are no longer providing engineer support for Sky+ boxes, so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look. Or you could upgrade to Sky Q.

Thanks. Leaving in March when my contract is up. Fed up with all the problems
