Sky+HD box Pairing issue

Good afternoon,

I need help to pair my sky+HD box to my sky viewing card. The error message says "Your sky viewing card needs to be paired to your Sky+HD box. To pair them go to sky.com/quickfix".

I tried this but when I go online, I can only pair a sky Q box. I don't want to change to sky Q as we have a family member with additional needs and the current box suits them.

Can someone please help. I have tried all the troubleshooting but it won't work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If this card is the one paired to the box since November 2024 then try performing a New Install

And if it's a different box to the one the viewing card was linked to pre October 2024 you can't pair it to another one.

Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

You can't pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024. This has been asked on here and discussed many times since this policy came into effect.

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
