Sky + HD box - No satellite signal

Hi, 

I've seen many posts on here about how you can use a Sky + HD box as a Freesat box when your subscription ends. 

I've tried doing this, however I get a error code 25 (no signal) and the guide is stuck on Your Box Is Still Initialising.

The dish worked perfectly fine with the Sky Q box (which were sending back) yesterday. The HD box hasn't been powered on in a bit over a month.

Any help on how to get this fixed?

The LNB on the arm of your dish was,changed for Sky Q. It's not compatible with Sky+, hence the no satellite signal error. You would need to get the LNB changed back to a standard model for Freesat.
