Screen size

I can't get the screen size up to normal on the tv, I don't know what the settings should be now because I think I might of changed then trying to get a result.

On your Sky remote press:

• TV
• The Play triangle (Utill you get the desired screen size)
• Sky

if you have change the settings on the sky box, the setting is Press settings, across to Settings, down to picture, scart should be 16:9, RF2 should be 16:9. This supposes you are watching on a widescreen tv using ariel or scart. If you are using HDMI the problem isnt the box, your TV remote menu will have screen format (may be called picture or display and the format will be something like widescreen, full, or 16:9)  hope this helps
