Satellite signal

My neighbours have erected scaffolding which is blocking my dish. Consequently I have no satellite signal

Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ systems, so you would need to engage a local satellite engineer to relocate the dish for you.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

Get your neighbours to relocate your dish temporarily then reposition it when the work is completed, this is not a Sky issue, if they will not help then you'll need to arrange this yourself with a local satellite installer or wait for the work to be completed

 

We had the same situation and had to sort it ourselves 😞
