SKY + box will not reboot

Have gone through the updating software suggestion , the 4 lights come on and go off after about 10 mins to leave the green light for a few seconds then box relapses to standby mode

Thankfully the box has started working properly again , thanks for mentioning FSR as this has prompted me to get my recordings copied to dvd , as that process rmoves them all
