@Exiled-in-HH just out of interest what did you mean by "fourth sky+ HD was applied to the uncancelled full subscription ... If the full subscription was cancelled it wouldn't be possible to uncancel"

@Exiled-in-HH it should have been 4 one box was still showing on the system as sky+ but have managed to get that sorted out now and my bill says another sky+ removed so all sorted now so glad I did this now and not waited incase I ran out of time

@Exiled-in-HH but only 3 sky+ was removed but when sky did what they did the other day the 4th sky+ has been removed

@Exiled-in-HH it has been weird l because my account my end was showing sky+HD on the viewing card information it was only when I phoned them they said it was showing sky+ on the system
