I need to return my sky equipment as I'm no longer a sky customer but haven't received the packaging to send it back in. Please can you resend so I can send it back and avoid charges

Packaging is usually sent towards the end of your notice period, but if it hasn't arrived, I'm afraid as we're customers here you'll need to speak directly to Sky about to request it again. Or you could use your own packaging if you have something suitable.
