Discussion topic: Return sky multi room box

I spoke with an advisor to cancel my multi room and was under the impression a box with a returns label would be sent out for me to return it but haven't received anything?
please can you help with this matter?

Sky+ boxes don't need returning. The customer owns them. Only Sky Q boxes, Sky Q mini boxes and hubs need returning.m
