Remote control for arthritic poorly sighted person

I contacted sky over 2 weeks ago to ask for help in finding a new remote control suitable for my elderly mother who has bad arthritis in her hands and has poor eyesight. Was promised one would come FOC in 7 working days but still no remote. Tried calling, tried chat bot. No help. Any ideas who I contact?

What's happening when you call? There have been some download issues over the last couple of days so the lines may have been busier than usual.

Given they are very much ramping down support for the Sky+ platform (a decade after the last HD box was manufactured) I'd imagine it's quite possible there's no longer an internal fulfilment mechanism for such things.

The Sky+ HD Accessibility Handset ('Easy Grip') is widely available for purchase online: personally I'd suggest trying eBay.
