Red light on SKYHD+ box even after multiple restarts

Sky box froze during programme playback.

 

Attempted to reboot using on line Sky guides multiple times but box remains unresponsive with red light on.

 

Strange that this problem occurred 2 days after I gave notice of cancellation of my SKY services. :<

If that's the power light, then the box has probably failed, something not even Sky can bring about.

Engineer visited & replaced Sky Box.
