I have similar problem. Can turn Sky+ box on but cannot connect it to TV. Have rebooted the router, tried removing card. Nothing works except the green  light on the front.

@Maryb  You added your post onto a Sky Q post however you advise you have Sky +, these are 2 seperate systems so your post has been moved.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Maryb you mean the standby light changes from red/amber to green, but nothing else happens?
