I have an old TV not connected to internet. It's working for a while and then showing no satellite signal go to Sky.com/nosignal.
I've been through all the steps except for skipping over the instruction that tells me to connect to internet router because that is not possible. The solution offered is to upgrade from sky+ to SkyQ
If I can't fix this, I think the best thing to do is give up on sky and move to saor view.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA 'no satellite signal' message is usually the result of a fault with your dish setup, which will require an engineer to investigate.
Unfortunately Sky are no longer providing engineer support for Sky+ subscribers, so you would need to engage a local satellite firm to take a look.
