Hi , I have a number of issues with Sky+:
1. For all channels'Programme synopsis is not available;
2. No listings available except for current day
3. When trying to record a series it does not give option to record series only current day episode
This has been going on for some weeks now and I cannot contact Sky customer service by phone. We unplugged/re plugged all cables. etc.
Is there anybody there with similar issues?

This is usually a dish/cable issue that requires you to phone Sky for a call out

Thank you . I have done that and both Input 2 Signal Strength and Signal Quality boxes are completely blue. Signal 1 for each are completely white

See the Answer. You have a signal from the dish on only one of the two dish cables.

Yes they had to send an Engineer out and the skybox had to be replaced. All good now

Dispite the solution to @A+Walsh problem earlier this year Sky no longer deploy an engineer for Sky+ / Sky+HD issues. If your issue needs an engineer they will advise you of this and recommend you change your subscription to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream. If it’s a dish issue you will need to contact a local independent satellite engineer to investigate at your own expense. The exception to this is if you already have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance whereby you can still contact D&G and request attendance.
