STV keeps dropping off

Very difficult to get past automated switchboard and when successful just get advised to cycle power

Same thing, STV comes and goes - all other channels appear okay

Can someone advise how I speak with someone in the UK, tired of hearing we can send you a text or beoling told to reboot.

If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.


Incidentally Sky no longer deploy an engineer for Sky+ / Sky+HD issues. If your issue needed an engineer they will advise you of this and recommend you change your subscription to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream.

What exactly happens? Does the picture break up? Tune to STV and check your signal strengths (Services > Settings > Signal). The white part of all 4  bars should be at least half way across.
