Program information- having to rebuild SKY+ Box every week.

I have a Sky+ box and keep losing the program  information approx every week.

I have to rebuild the box to get the info back.

Anyone tell me what’s happening? Thanks, Nemo..

Do you have a good signal from both dish cables?

To confirm - all 4 bars filled at least 50% white?

Hi there. The Input 1 sig. strength is 70%, Input 1 sig  quality is 90%., Network sig. strength is 65%.

Those are the only Strength

bars I have  on screen. Where would I find the othe one? Thanks.

Do you have just a single cable from the dish connected to your Sky box?

I'm assuming you have Single Feed Mode turned on (if you're only seeing two satellite signal bars it should be)?

If so, I'm afraid I'm at a loss about the programme synsopsis - unless another Community member has some ideas.
