After an error notice of failing to recognise viewing card( after about 10years) I phoned for help..
After getting an error message saying viewing card not recognised, after about 10 years use, I phoned for help. I was sent a new viewing card, followed the instructions and it still didn't work. Phoned again, got talked into skyQ, and tried to activate card again. It said wait four hours. It is now six hours and no sky. Do I have to wait for two weeks and the skyQ box arrives before I get to watch sky? I am 80 and have limited mobility. This isn't easy for me.
