Problems with recording, playback and live pause

I have suddenly started getting messages saying recording, playback and live pause unavailable. I have tried reconnecting my wifi, planner rebuild and everything else that has been suggested but to no effect. Anybody help please?

Did the planner rebuilt show any error messages?

 

As a last resort you could perform a Full System Reset (FSR), see Q15 in my Sky Plus FAQ (link in my forum signature below)

Sounds like the box may be in "Diskless mode" 😞 This is usually due to a harddisk failure
