Problem with your hard Disk drive, ive done a full reset but its not helped

Hi my sky box is giving me the message that the hard disk drive has a problem.  I can't record and my planner is now empty

If you've done a full system reset via the Installer Menu to no avail, the box will need to be replaced. There are used boxes available cheaply on ebay - look for a DRX890 or DRX895 model. Or now might be the time to switch to Sky Q or,Sky Stream?
