I have an error message system fault, problem with your planner so recording and playback are unavailable.
Interactive Services are not available. We do not have broadband so are unable to follow the sky rebuild step. I cant find anyway to speak to anyone at sky.
Any help would be appreciated

Sky planner wont work it says Fault 10-7 it says do system reset how do I do this ?
