Was it connected the same way with your previous provider? What have you tried so far?

Hi

thanks for the contact. Connection was by Ethernet but not through a repeater.
it kept indicating connection to on demand

FAIL on the network page. Router connection ok. There was an ip address for the box and DHCP is and was ON.

thanks

FYI I have purchased a used SKY Wireless Connector Mini which failed when tried Twice. But there it no power indication on the Connector.? Ideally I would prefer a wireless connection.

@Deek2 you could try disconnecting the ethernet cable from your Sky box and then restarting it by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes. Then try setting up the ethernet connection again. If it's still no-go, you might need to consult the repeater manufacturer.

Either your Sky box's USB port is faulty, of the connector you've purchased isn't compatible with your Sky box. See Sky's help here which explains the different connectors: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-plus/sky-plus-watching-sky-tv/on-demand-and-box-sets/art...
