Picture breakup every evening around the same time

Every evening we get picture breakup lasts about half an hour on and off, all channels what should I be checking first

Something blocking the satellite signal ie a bird perching on the dish arm

Some kind of electrical interference that is on a timer

Does it coincide with switching on something electrical, or central heating boiler firing up, fridge/freezer compressor starting? Birds sitting on the arm of the dish? Street lamp turning on?

Hi Mark, thanks for reply, no nothing turns on or off, can be any time from 6pm to 9pm, very puzzling

Yep...have the same problem every night around 6pm..picture breaking up internet going off . Only been with sky a  few months. Regrettably problems 5 or 6 times a week with lack of service keep on re setting everything .

Getting more and more fed up..Anyone got a phone number that answers

If you've only had Sky a few months it's unlikely that you've got Sky+ (where you've posted)
