Paramount+

So I've got 2 Sky+ boxes, Sky Cinema and multi room but for some reason I can only access Paramount+ on one box.

 

Admittedly the boxes are pretty old with the box I get Paramount+ on being slightly more recent but when it launched I definitely briefly had it on both boxes.

 

it's never particularly bothered me but now there's a few things I want to watch on it and it's very frustrating that I have to wait until the working box is free to watch stuff.

 

any advice/guidance would be appreciated

@SimonK1982  Are they both Sky +hd marked?

@SKY1992bf  As far as I know, they both have all the hd channels active
