Pairing sky hd box to viewing card

I have a new skybox to pair to my existing viewing card each time I try to pair it. It says that I need to wait and nothing happens.

Unfortunately since last October you can no longer pair a card to box that it was not paired to at that date.

I'm afraid you wasted your money on a replacement box. Sky+ is a legacy package, and is no longer supported by Sky.

As stated you can't now pair a viewing card to another Sky+ box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
