Sky catch up

Good afternoon my catch up isn't working on my tv. It says I do not have sky + entertainment.

Odd. Can you repeat exactly what the error message says when you try to download from Catch-Up?

Does it say that you do not have the Sky+ entitlement and not entertainment ?
