Pairing card

I don't have the internet or broadband. My sky box is saying pair required for about half my channels. Tried backup option and 0,0,1 but same result...any ideas?

Have you ordered Sky Q and cancelled the order as your card will get automatically cancelled if so

Looks like you'll need to call sky to get it sorted, fist try the following:

As you appear to be online to post here, you can pair your Card online via step 1 here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-viewing-card-help-activate-plus
