This viewing card is not authorised

I have no sky TV the message is saying this viewing card is not authorised

Have you placed an order for Sky Q and if so have you been sent another viewing card ?

International phone number

has anyone a number that I can call sky support in Ireland I am not in Ireland but need to contact then re a viewing card

Under  "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear:


https://www.sky.com/help

 

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

 

Try also changing the flag in the bottom right corner to the ROI so it displays the 0818 number for Ireland and make sure you use add the 44 international dialling code onto the number.

If your not in Ireland and thats where you live/where your account is registered how do you know your card isn't working?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
