Package

My new Sky package kicked in yesterday but miraculously my playback/recording & many channels are not working. They say it's because my Sky+ HD box is old even though it was working perfectly before the new package kicked in. Also my spare box isn't working either. Have Sky stopped me in order to force e me to Q? New card being sent out but I hold no hope.  Help please.

What error message do you see when you try to watch one of the affected channels or try to record? I do suspect a Vieiwing Card issue, do a replacement should resolve it.
