Only able to record on currently selected channel

Recording is only possible on currently selected channel and "Programme synopsis is not available" appears for all programmes other than the current channel.  

Problem appeared after scaffolding erected and taken down around the Sky dish, so suspect issue is with a cable.  Input 2 has no signal but Input 1 has a strong signal. 

I have unscrewed both LNB cables and re-attached them without any change.

I agree in the circumstances it's most likely to be a cabling or LNB issue. Best to book an appointment for a Sky engineer who will pinpoint the cause and resolve it. Give Sky a call to book.

 

In the meantime, you could turn on Single Feed Mode in your Sky box settings to get a full 7 day TV Guide and restore the programme synopsis.
