On demand and catchup

My on demand and catch up isn't working, I've tried the settings Info help etc and it's still not working, it's telling me to upgrade my subscription yet it was working ok a week or so ago.... any help would be very much appreciated.

Can you access SD catchup content ?

 

Have your services been suspended due to a billing issue recently ?

Catchup programs can be downloaded but won't play. I have Sky HD +.
