My on demand and catch up isn't working, I've tried the settings Info help etc and it's still not working, it's telling me to upgrade my subscription yet it was working ok a week or so ago.... any help would be very much appreciated.

Can you access SD catchup content ?
Have your services been suspended due to a billing issue recently ?
