Last storm damaged my sky disc on roof. Technician on 18/12/24 couldn't access it due to being alone and the wind. New Sky Disc put on wall of house. Storm Éowyn has now completely dislodged the old Sky disc and is in danger of falling as it is right above public footpath.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOwnership of Sky dishes transfers to the customer pretty much on being erected. As Sky no longer support Sky+ set ups anyway you will have to employ a local satellite company or handyman at your own expense.

Unfortunately that's your liability, not the responsibility of Sky. As noted above, contracts always transfer dish ownership to the householder otherwise Sky would have tens of millions of dishes installed over four decades to deal with when satellite television ceases to broadcast.
