Old sky disc on roof has come loose. Couldn’t be removed by sky technician due to wind NOW dangerou
Last storm damaged my sky disc on roof. Technician on 18/12/24 couldn't access it due to being alone and the wind. New Sky Disc put on wall of house. Storm Éowyn has now completely dislodged the old Sky disc and is in danger of falling as it is right above public footpath.

You'll need to call a local satellite engineer (or handyman) to remove it safely for you.

Ownership of Sky dishes transfers to the customer pretty much on being erected. As Sky no longer support Sky+ set ups anyway you will have to employ a local satellite company or handyman at your own expense.

No need for another thread. The duplicate has been removed. We've already advised you on this one what you need to do. If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.

Unfortunately that's your liability, not the responsibility of Sky. As noted above, contracts always transfer dish ownership to the householder otherwise Sky would have tens of millions of dishes installed over four decades to deal with when satellite television ceases to broadcast.
