Old sky box and smart tv

The only button I can think of is the TV button further up?  Does that cycle through the inputs?

If not try the button next to the 0 button

@GD1 haha it's fine. I'll have a proper look in the morning I think when I can see properly! Thanks for your help and I'll let you know when / if I figure it out. I know I found a button which gave me a drop down menu showing TV /EXT etc but didn't do anything ? But will

unplug SCART lead and start again and try that button! Thanks for trying to help, much appreciated 😊

@GD1 Ok so I've managed to change the imputs to EXT and the sky planner and channels are working on the tv, well

MOST of them ? Some free channels I previously had still not working and now saying to receive in HD to call sky number. I previously had these channels on my other tv though 🤷‍♀️ Only problem

is now my sky remote, although I've paired it, will only turn on and off and change the volume 🙄 if I use the JVC remote it changes the input back to tv and reverts back to freeview ! I honestly give up 😩

@DJLLOYD64 The channels that the box is receiving won't have changed because your TV has changed.

The Sky remote, by default, will only control on/off and volume on the TV. Although, if you press the TV button followed by the Help button it may cycle through the TV Inputs. (Remember to press the Sky button afterwards so that you are back to controlling the Sky box)

@oj01 @GD1 @Mark39 @Annie+UK  I have finally got it all working ! Ended up getting a Sky HD + box in a charity shop with a HDMI cable and sky remote. Reset the sky box , tried every code for JVC to pair the remote and FINALLY I have sky channels and my remote works 🙌 thank you everyone for your help 😊 much appreciated.
