Not working

My Sky has not been used for a few months I can't get it to work? Help

We're customers here, not Sky staff and consequently responses to your posts won't be immediate.

 

Tell us more about 'not working'. How? What does it not do? Are there any lights on the front panel? Do you have access to menus? Live TV ok? Recordings?
