Not receiving, newly subscribed to, sky cinema.
I upgraded my sky package to include sky cinema, but my sky+HD box is not receiving the movie channels. Do I have to do something with the box or viewing card to resolve this issue?

@Shauninho the Cinema entitlement should have been automatically applied to your Viewing Card. As that hasn't happened, you may need to call to get it applied manually.
