That does not look like a message a Sky Plus box would issue, have you got your TV set to the correct HDMI input?

@Fred52  That is a TV message not your Sky Box, therefore you'll need to use the TV's remote to cycle through the inputs to the correct one your box uses.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
