No tv or website when asked to put in code

Sky TV went off paid the bill WiFi is on but won't let me sign in a 6 digit code when asked to do so says the link I'm trieng doesn't exist but when I ring up it puts me threw to a computer voice all I want to do is speak to a human ridiculous and to think I left Virgin to come to sky If I don't get help I'll be going elsewhere.

@Simon51  Your posting in a  customer helps customer forum, issuing threats to go elsewhere won't work here.

 

You also mention having to input codes, however as far as I'm aware Sky + does not need codes to activate it, which system do you have? do you have SkyQ or Sky Glass/Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
