Stuck on 'scheduled' and wont download my programmes. S

Help please. I have pressed the record button on my favourite programmes, its saying 'scheduled'. In the past it has (after a few mins) come up and said 'your programme is ready for viewing' and I pressed play and watched it immediately. Now, when I press record its just saying 'scheduled'.  Some of the programmes go back to September and still have not gone into my favourites file.

That would suggest that there's a 'stuck' download somewhere, which isn't completing. Check your Planner for anything that is currently trying to donwload, and delete it. Then go to the Deleted tab and delete it there too. That should allow your queued downloads to start.

That would suggest that there's a 'stuck' download somewhere, which isn't completing. Check your Planner for anything that is currently trying to donwload, and delete it. Then go to the Deleted tab and delete it there too. That should allow your queued downloads to start.

Mark 39, Thank you so much for the advice.  It actually worked and they are all now downloading and are showing available to watch.  Thank you so much.
