How is your TV box connected to your broadband service? Cable? Or wifi? If it's connected over wifi have you updated the network settings in your TV box to those required by your Sky broadband Hub?

Other way round. You need to update the settings in your TV box. It's the same as you would do with any other wifi device. - scan for networks, select the one relating to your broadband Hub, and enter your wifi password.
