Trying to get sky connected to my home
I book sky back in November 24 and up to now they haven't been able to connect me.
they booked an engineer to come to my address on 2 April between 13 - 18 hours. Waited all afternoon and nobody turned up.
try to call them on the number given on their email and can't get to talk to a responsible person about my problem.
really poor costumer contact.

What service did you arrange because it wasn't Sky+ where you've posted.

The telephone number you gsve me on your last email doesnt connect me to a help line or a person but only gives me options which none of them apply to my problem
