Re: No sky signal
As you've posted on the Sky+ then I presume that is the TV platform you currently have.
I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups. If you're seeing a no satellite signal message you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.
If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

Re: No sky signal
@Allister3 I presume you mean No Satellite signal?
As advised if you have a Sky+HD box then I'm afraid these are no longer supported by Sky so you will need to employ a Independent Satellite dish installer to check your dish alignment.
