No sky paid for channels for a sceond time

I had this happen before and read here the card needed to be paired again. I've gone on the app like to says online and there is no option to do this so I'll have to ring tomorrow. Why does this keep happening, our other box is fine.

I also went to help with the card and it directs me to a link that takes me back to where I was and says use the app but there is no option like it says there is to pair it.

No, it doesn't wipe your recordings etc. It does pair your card though.

That seems to be a bug with the Sky website that I reported to them some time ago 😞

 

Edit: I have given Sky a prod to see if it can be fixed

I looked at the intructions and I did that the first time this happened. I'm just going to ak for a new card as it's twice it's happened.

I've got the same problem. I've had to phone Sky at least a dozen times this year to get the Subscription HD Channels back on my second Sky+ HD Box  in the kitchen (including today).

you could try pairing your viewing card using this website https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv/card-pairing hope it works for you
