I have recently cancelled my Sky Q subscription and wanted to use my old Sky + box as a freeview box however it comes up saying Your SKY+ box isnt getting a satellite signal.
I have tried rebooting, its all cables up as it should be.
Any ideas ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Simon70 The LNB you posted is a wideband, they are not compatible witb Sky + It needs to be Hybrid or Universal for Sky+ (Hybrid would allow Sky Q to be used again if you returned in the future).
