No internet connection Sky HD+

Currently on full fibre and using skyhd + I have rebooted modem and Sky box and still having the following issues

certain items on the Home Screen ie Lyle Lyle crocodile if I press this I get the message there appears to be an issue with your broadband at this moment, yet when I press White House plumbers it works.

I can search for a programme to look for to record ie dads army and all the suggestions come up but when I press select I  get the message there appears to be an issue with your broadband at this moment 

I have tried everything and am wondering if anyone else is having the issue or if it's isolated or if it's a sky issue and it has only happened today and my internet is working fine and I have turned off and rebooted both router then sky box and still nothing 

hope someone can help otherwise I will have to phone ......

Does it affect particular channels?

No the channels are fine but I can search programmes on the search bar but when I press to look at episodes or set a recording or reminder it states there is a problem with the broadband at this time

UPDATE 

NOW RESOLVED 

it's started working properly again and it did update itself I don't know if that's the reason or wether it was a glitch but all working on now
