No internet but connected

No internet but im connected. Tried everything

Turned on and off. Unplugged everything.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Try turning off your Sky box AND your router at the plug. Wait a minute before restarting your router, and another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see if it connects.
