New satallite dish

My in laws need a new satallite dish. How do they ho about getting a new one?

They will need to contact Sky who will arrange an engineer and if their current dish is not fit for purpose they'll replace it.

Just tried to call on behalf of my in laws and they guy kept asking for full name and when we gave the full name he kept saying give the full name. No wonder people don't call them.

To be able to speak to Sky on behalf of your outlaws you'll need to go through the security process including giving a previously set up telephone password.

If one of your in-laws is the accountholder, Sky won't be able to talk to you.
