New remote not working

Purchased new Sky remote, v.10.

Attempted to register device with Sky remote tool, but this does not recognise my tv make, LG smart.

Any suggestions, please?

I can't make it work either - looks like there's a fault with the website. I'll report it to Sky.

Try code 0206. It works with many LGs.
