No satellite signal issue on SKY HD tv

If your cables are firmly in the back of the box then as Sky doesn't support Sky+ boxes you will have to find a local company to you to come out and look at it for you.

If it's a wiring issue, it's most likely that the cable connected to the plug at the Sky box end has become loose. If you're DIY minded you can find plenty of videos on YouTube etc which show you how to fit a replacement f-connector (which is what the plug is called).

Yes I have tried to screw the wire in but no luck 

Would the SKY Service come out and fix?

No. As stated already Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish if it's a dish issue.

If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post suggested they wouldn't send an engineer - but did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.
