New netplug 200+

I was wondering whether Sky would replace my netplug 200+ as I am unable to access on demand services.

Many Thanks

So far as I'm aware this isn't a Sky device.

@owen+1978  You could easily buy a Sky Wireless Connector SC01 from that well known auction site for a few ££'s

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: New netplug 200+

Could you please advise me which one I would need to buy as I am not very technical, and would like to get my on demand services back?

Many Thanks

That appears to be a Powerline network adaptor: there should be a second one somewhere making a link between your router and your Sky box.

If one or both of these have failed, any pair of modern Powerline adapters should be a suitable replacement.
